The Summer Training Program is an intensive 6 week program consisting of 2 sessions a week, that will work on every aspect of a players’ development. Players will develop technical, tactical and physical skills in an environment that is designed to ensure maximum learning for each player. This program is also a great way to ensure that players are ready for the 2019 Fall Season.

GOALKEEPER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
In conjunction with our Summer Training Program, there will be a specific Goalkeeper Development Program as well. This program consists of 12 goalkeeper specific sessions that will cover a range of technical and tactical aspects. Topics will include handling, footwork, extended saves, high balls, 1v1s, distribution, recovery, positioning, multiple saves, reaction saves, in addition to goalkeeper specific training exercises.
