2013-14 Registration Forms and Fees

International Clearances are required by USSF and SCYSA for all Non US Citizens or US Citizens born abroad. Click the International Clearance link guidelines and choose the correct form. Financial/Club Fee Information: 2013-14 Fee Schedule and Installment Plan

• A non-refundable $200 Commitment Fee is due upon acceptance of a roster slot. The non-refundable $200 fee is deducted from the total dues, and the remaining fees are either paid in full or paid by installments.
• All players will purchase new uniforms for the 2013-14 seasons, (which are not included in the total club fee.)
• Academy players will order and pay a uniform fee at commitment night, select players will order and pay for their uniforms online.

.Financial Assistance:

Discoveries Soccer Club is a non-profit organization providing competitive soccer memberships to talented individuals. The objective of the Financial Assistance program is to provide limited funding to talented soccer players, who are in financial need.

Financial Aid forms. To better allocate the assistance, U8-U12 player applications are due May 2, 2013 and U13-U18 applications are due May 20, 2013. Contact Treasurer Clarence Mundy with further questions: treasurer@discoveriessoccerclub.org
