2010 DSC Manchester Challenge Discoveries Soccer Club is pleased to announce the 2010 DSC Manchester Challenge, March 27-28, 2010 at the beautiful state of the art Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex located in Rock Hill, SC. We welcome all teams to apply and enjoy all Manchester Meadows and Rock Hill has to offer. Registration is closed. 2009-10 Age Divisions: u14, August 1, 1995 and younger u13, August 1, 1996 and younger u12, August 1, 1997 and younger (11v11 format) The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine age groups if necessary to make playable brackets. Teams will be guaranteed 3 games. Participation Fee: Team entry fee to the Discoveries Manchester Challenge: U13 and u14 Boys and Girls Teams-$450 U12 Boys and Girls Teams - $425 Application deadline of March 14, 2010. ***If your team is not a USYSA (SCYSA, NCYSA etc) there will be an additional $25 fee to be paid with your application. This applies to AYSO and US Club Soccer teams.*** Please send your $25 check made payable to DSC (include team name and on line application code) to Joe Raad, 452-26 Lakeshore Pkwy, Rock Hill, SC 29730. We are excited to share the weekend with the Manchester Cup 2010, the top College Soccer Showcase of the South. The Manchester Cup, hosted by Winthrop University and played each year at Manchester Meadows, will feature regionally and nationally ranked college teams competing throughout the day. Special ticket pricing for all day access to the Manchester Cup will be made available to registered teams competing in the Discoveries Manchester Challenge. Special Note: Be the first 2 teams in each age group with paid registration and you will also receive FREE day passes for your team and coaches to the exciting Manchester Cup 2010!!!! So register early and take advantage of this very special offer. All other teams participating in the DSC Manchester Challenge will receive special ticket pricing of $5 per ticket. Teams may pre-order their discounted Manchester Cup 2010 tickets by March 14, 2010. Pre-orders will be available at Friday night check-in. Tickets sold on Saturday at the field will be priced at $7 for child/student and $12 adult.
Payment: Payment can be made online via VISA or MASTERCARD or by mail-in check. For mail-in payments, a copy of application receipt should accompany your check. Please note the team name, age group and on-line application code on your check. Make checks payable to Discoveries Soccer Club and mail to Tournament Director Joe Raad at 452-26 Lakeshore Pkwy, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The tournament executive committee reserves the right to accept or decline all teams. Upon acceptance, the tournament fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be given in the event of cancellation or shortening of any matches due to inclement weather.
All teams are required to have a representative at check in Friday, March 26, at the Manchester Meadows Pavillion upstairs conference room from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For questions please contact: Tournament Director |
