May 11-12, 2013

Team Registration:
There will be NO Friday night coaches meeting
Mandatory team registration will be held Saturday at Manchester Meadows Soccer Complex-Upstairs Meeting Room from 9 am to 12 pm. Players will not be required to be at registration. Each coach is reminded to review the tournament rules located on the SCYSA web site under the administrative manual.

Check-in Requirements:
Every Team is Required to check in on Saturday with the proper documents:  If you do not have all documents, your team will not be allowed to play.

1. official game day roster red stamped and  signed by the state
2. coach and player passes:  1st and last name only, with photo and laminated all the way around the pass, for each coach and player listed on your roster who will be on the sideline/bench
3. notarized medical release form for each player(does not have to have raised seal)
4. birth certificate for each player
